SMART FACTS
CUSTOMIZED ASPHERICAL OPTICS
By optimizing the aspherical optics, the light distribution is extended towards the intermediate range in order to increase the subjective depth of field.
FULLY REFRACTIVE DESIGN
The fully refractive design is conceived for a tolerable dysphotopsia profile comparable to conventional monofocal IOLs. This enables uncompromisingly good quality of vision at a distance.

SMART OPTICAL ARCHITECTURE
The architecture of the IOL is largely independent of the spherical aberration of the cornea. This makes the ASPIRA®-aAY+ suitable for a wide range of patients.

The optical design is largely tolerant of decentering and tilting. The wide landing zone tolerates unexpected deviations from the target refraction.
