To strengthen our team at our Sankt Augustin location, we are looking for a full-time Head of IT & Digital Transformation (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest possible date.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a future-oriented IT and digital transformation strategy
- Further develop our digital workplace based on Microsoft 365
- Take responsibility for IT infrastructure, cloud services, and information security
- Lead strategic transformation projects in the areas of CRM, ERP, data management, automation, and artificial intelligence (AI)
- Build and establish a sustainable cybersecurity and compliance organization
- Optimize business processes through digitalization and automation
- Lead the IT department and manage external partners and service providers
- Advise the Management Board and leadership team on technology and investment decisions
Your Profile
- Successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership experience in an IT environment
- Experience in medium-sized industrial, life sciences, or medical technology companies is an advantage
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, and IT security
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and other business applications
- Knowledge of information security, compliance, and data protection requirements
- Experience leading transformation and digitalization projects
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and a proven ability to drive execution
- Excellent communication skills at management and executive level
- Fluency in German and English, with strong negotiation skills in both languages
